We have been selected to participate in the Queens diamond jubilee celebrations. On June 3rd we will take part in the Thames flotilla with around 1000 vessels of all shapes and sizes which will be broadcast around the world! The Floating Salon is unique and one of only forty canal boats to have been selected throughout the UK to take part in this historic event. Book an appointment, be a part of it and say you were there!!
The Floating Salon is a unique hair salon based on board my modern and comfortable wide beam canal boat called Blackjack.
My name is Nicola and I have been a hairstylist for over 12 years, two of which were spent working in London's West End. I am fully qualified and insured. I have spent the last four years running my own freelance business where I travelled to clients houses and I am an approved member of the Freelance Hair and Beauty Federation. Now I have created a totally different kind of hairdressing experience for land lovers and boaters alike. Whether it's a quick trim, a colour, a restyle or a wedding package you are after please contact me so we can arrange an appointment to suit you. You will get a complete salon experience with a complimentary head massage with every wash.
